The
Sciencenter is a hands-on science museum for people of all ages
with over 200 exhibits, educational programs, an outdoor science
park, a seasonal 18-hole miniature golf course and a gift shop.
Come
see why we are voted Ithaca's Best Place for Family Fun two years
in a row! Meet our live animals, explore the Curiosity Corner
(designed for children ages four and under), experiment with science
kits in the Discovery Space, connect with your inner artist at
the Reinvention Station, and stroll through the solar system on
the Sagan Planet Walk.
Regular demonstrations and performances are held at the Sciencenter,
including Showtime! presentations and Chemsations! performances.
The Sciencenter also offers a variety of on-site workshops, birthday
parties and off-site programs including a portable planetarium (Starlab)
that can visit your school.
